well, believe w.e u want to, but i doubt cops would let someone off just to make a good story out of it. There was no opening, fences are made for that very reason so that no one can get pass it. I mean how convenient, he just happens to make a random turn which leads him to a ripped off fence just asking for him to make his get away, c'mon.. just listen to ur self. -.-

It wasn't mentioned because they took advantage of making this into an interesting story. The cop didn't get passed the fence because he didn't follow the exact route the other car took, he made his turn too soon and faced the fence. The opened space on the right explains things.

Seems the left side of the fence was not connected to the pole @ 1:49. Fence pop right back up. At 1:50 the right pole is bending back & forth. Or am I seeing things? This is different..hmm the world will never know. Have fun.

if there was a opening it would have been mentioned in the video. The cops couldn't chase him cuz they couldnt get pass the fence.
