Based on my taste. Shifting gears on BK is very uncomfortable, except that i don't like BK cuz of hayabusa engine in it. FZR yamahas is hard to control on acceleration, and BK must be unpredictable in cornering. I own Busa and drived FZR600.V-Max looks better and it has 200 km/h limit, that's why it's not so crazy and unpredictable, as BK.

Based on what? The B-King will match the VMax for speed and accel and kill it in the corners. I can throw mine into corners just like my FZR600. Try that on a VMax and you'll be plucking gravel from your ass for weeks.
