How old is this video? It seems a bit outdated but still, a spectacular watch.

@senser1080 - how exactly is everything nothing?! If everything was nothing there would be nothing and I know for a FACT that Eames made some damn nice chairs. by no means nothing and in fact everything i wish I had.

It's not impossible to imagine it. It is only because you've said that. I imagine it, from time to time.

Also, total perspective vortex anyone?

but isn't it true that you are only speaking from your experience?

There isn't one big meaning to life. As a human you should establish meaning through things you enjoy and energy you bring to things. If your raised in a garbage can by robot nuns you have to deal with that and find a way to make it work. Life is a dance, meaning changes through whatever circumstances your in. Its important not to be swayed by vague generalisation which even the smartest humans makes as they are only speaking from their experiences.

It is funny how the moment someone mentions God, they are instantly voted down.

This is very awesome, but also incomprehensible. I mean, it seems that you're moving away at a constant speed, but, as told, it's ten times faster each ten seconds. That last part seems comprehensible, but try to imagine this: travelling at 100 kmh, you'd be travelling for 10 million years and then you've reached 1 light year. Try 14 billion ! lightyears.Mathematically we understand this video, but imagining what those numbers actually represent (the space itself) is just impossible. |
